Encouraging rangatahi to vote in local elections

Local elections are coming up in October and it’s important for the voice of rangatahi to be heard.

The development of solid citizenship values including taking part and educating youth on the importance of enrolling to vote, voting and civic engagement is a significant area of focus for us.

We were delighted to see our young staff members Ruby Sei and Paris Oliver (who is also our youth representative on Partners Porirua Board of Trustees) and one of our clients, Oriwia Kingi, interviewed by Radio New Zealand for this story.
